Holding Hands
A Simple Pleasure
“..Suddenly, I’m walking along the lake,
Watching seagulls coast over the waves.
And then, with the softest of touches,
My hand is taken and return to her.
The aroma of spring love swirls around us.
I look over into her beautiful, adoring eyes, and it occurs to me that simple pleasures are nothing short of miracles.”

Gen Z & Y are more vulnerable.
But Why ?
According to Blue Cross Blue Shield findings on diagnosis rate and rate of change for major depression by age, year 2016, the most affected individuals are among the younger generation. Millenials and Gen Z who are the most technologically inclined generations find social media as a connecting tool. But it has been found that despite of overly use of social media to connect, people find themselves isolated, lonely, that results in their “ Social Isolation”.
As a result, they find it difficult to build and sustain a new romantic relationship.
